Future Institutional Development
The Dream Educational City – Telangana is intended to be developed, owned and governed by an independent Section 8 not-for-profit institution established in the future. ANCONS initiated the concept and expects to facilitate the discussions that could lead to it. ANCONS will not own, operate or benefit from what follows.

Founding Member Search
A confidential search among distinguished individuals and institutions connected to Telangana, alongside evidence gathered from universities, researchers, industry, philanthropy, architects, planners, educators, students, parents, the global Indian diaspora and interested citizens.

Concept Paper
Findings are analysed and published. They inform the Concept Paper, the master planning framework and the governance recommendations ANCONS is preparing.

Founding Vision Discussions
ANCONS expects to identify prospective Founding Members and to facilitate discussions among them. Interest expressed today is registered as interest — nothing more is implied or accepted.

An independent institution
Establishment of an independent Section 8 not-for-profit institution is intended to be considered by those Founding Members. It has not been incorporated, and no step towards incorporation has been taken.
